Issue :
OIM - Recon Event is not getting generated or Create Reconciliation Profile Failed or Failed to Create Index on RA_ in OIM Diagnostic Logs
Solution :
The issue
was due to Child form must have atleast 1 key field
To resolve
set Required=true as properties in key attribute for child process form.
